Yoga Teachers Training

Senior yoga
Hathavidya's senior yoga is meant to meet the needs of older people by focusing on gentle movement, flexibility, and awareness. Our classes are designed to help adults improve their physical strength, balance, and mental health. They provide a safe space to boost energy and enjoy the benefits of yoga.
Chāndrayanam
Ancient texts link mind, body, and lunar cycles to health. Chandrayanam, an old Indian practice, follows the moon phases for purification. One cycle (full moon to full moon) mimics an ant's eating pattern: starting with 15 bites, gradually decreasing to a fast, then slowly increasing back to 15 bites by the full moon (30 days).
