Yoga Teachers Training
The Yoga Alliance International has granted accreditation to our yoga teacher training programs. The aforementioned programs consist of several stages, each of which includes instruction on different purification processes, Yoga asanas, relaxation techniques, meditation practices, theoretical comprehension, and textual research.
Master class
Invited biennially, the Master Class at Hatha Vidya is limited to pupils who have successfully completed the 300-hour and 500-hour Yoga TTC programs. The individualized guidance provided throughout this 900-hour, one-year Saadhana program is central to the transformative yogic experience
