Shodhana Kriya
The cleansing practices, also known as Shodhana kriyas, are a crucial component of hatha yoga. From an analytical perspective, all yogic activities may be seen as a sort of purification. Shodhan kriyas are a series of preliminary practices employed by ancient Yogis to inwardly purify the body in order to ready themselves for more advanced practices.
This program offers participants the opportunity to gain practical experience in a range of fundamental cleaning procedures. Additionally, attendees will acquire knowledge about the diverse methods available to detoxify the body with little external resources.
